Link Start VR LTD.

In consideration for gaining access to and engaging the services of Link Start VR LTD., its subsidiaries, agents, owners, officers, directors, representatives, assigns, affiliates, participants, employees, insurers, and all other persons or entities acting in any capacity on their behalf, (hereafter collectively referred to as "Link Start VR"), on or off the Premises, and for the use of all equipment and facilities of Link Start VR, I agree as follows:

I acknowledge that my participation in Link Start VR's activities, including the use of any Virtual Reality headsets and associated equipment, entails known and unanticipated risks that could result in physical or emotional injury including, but not limited to broken bones, sprained or torn ligaments, paralysis, death, or other bodily injury or property damage to myself, my child(ren), or to third parties. I expressly agree and promise to accept and assume all of the risks existing in this activity. My and/or my child(ren)'s participation in this activity is purely voluntary and I elect to participate or allow my child(ren) to participate in spite of the risks. I, for myself and on behalf of my child(ren) and/or legal ward, heirs, administrators, personal representatives, or assigns, do agree to hold harmless, release and discharge Link Start VR of and from all claims, demands, causes of action, and legal liability, whether the same be known or unknown, anticipated or unanticipated, due to Link Start VR's ordinary negligence. I, for myself and on behalf of my child(ren) and/or legal ward, heirs, administrators, personal representatives, or any assigns, further agree that except in the event of Link Start VR's gross negligence and willful and wanton misconduct, I shall not bring any claims, demands, legal actions and causes of action, against Link Start VR for any economic and non-economic losses due to bodily injury, death, property damage sustained by me and/or my minor child(ren) that are in any way associated with Link Start VR.

I further acknowledge the fact that Link Start VR reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

If any portion of this release from liability shall be deemed by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, then the remainder of this release from liability shall remain in full force and effect, and the invalid provision will be removed.

I understand that Link Start VR or other guests of Link Start VR may photograph, videotape, and/or record me and/or my child(ren) as it is a public space. These pictures and recordings may be used for security purposes or distributed/posted by other guests.

By signing below I agree that I and/or my child will follow Link Start VR's usage and safety rules as follows:

1. We recommend consulting a physician before using the virtual reality equipment if you are pregnant, elderly, have pre-existing vision abnormalities or psychiatric disorders, or suffer from a heart condition or other serious medical condition. Excessive sweating will damage the equipment. 

2. Link Start VR's virtual reality equipment should not be used by children who do not properly fit the headset, or are unable to follow rules for safe usage. Adults should monitor children who are using the VR equipment and should limit the time children spend and ensure they take breaks during use as needed. 

3. A comfortable virtual reality experience requires an unimpaired sense of motion and balance. Do not use the virtual reality equipment when you are tired, are under the influence of alcohol or drugs, are hung-over, have digestive problems, are under emotional stress or anxiety, or when suffering from cold, flu, headaches, migraines, or earaches, as this can increase your susceptibility to adverse symptoms.

4. Immediately cease use of the Link Start VR virtual reality equipment if you experience any of the following symptoms: seizures, loss of awareness, eye strain, eye or muscle twitching, involuntary movements, altered, blurred, or double vision or other visual abnormalities, dizziness, disorientation, impaired balance, impaired hand-eye coordination, excessive sweating, increased salivation, nausea, light-headedness, discomfort or pain in the head or eyes, drowsiness, fatigue, or any symptoms similar to motion sickness. Consult a physician if you have serious and/or persistent symptoms.

5. Food and drink are not permitted within the virtual reality gaming stations unless they are in sealed containers, and may only be consumed in the party or our lobby area.

6. Any damage caused to Link Start VR's virtual reality equipment or property intentionally or through failure to follow the rules and safety precautions by you and/or your child/ward shall be your sole liability and you shall indemnify and save harmless Link Start VR from said damages up to the full cost of the equipment. You are responsible for any damage caused by minors under your care due to negligence or lack of supervision.

7. Link Start VR is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items which occur during your time on the premises.

8. Any misconduct, including but not limited to excessive yelling, swearing, misuse of equipment, intentional disruption of other patrons, will result in the immediate termination of your session at Link Start VR by Link Start VR staff at their sole discretion.

9. Link Start VR is not responsible for censoring or monitoring the content provided. We will provide a readily available list of games with content advisories. It is up to you to determine what is or is not appropriate for yourself/your child/your ward.

10. Link Start VR staff will direct customers on any additional rules or requirements for safe operation of the equipment. Failure to follow any posted or spoken rules may result in loss of access to the equipment for which no payments will be reimbursed.

11. We encourage anyone who is showing signs of Covid-19 to contact us prior to their booking to reschedule. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone arriving with visible symptoms.
